Duration: 60 minutes (you choose what 60-minute portion of the event you would like me to capture) — If you would like to have shots throughout the entire event, this will be an additional $150 per hour.
Location: Wherever your event is located! There will be an additional fee of $50 for locations outside of Chapel Hill/Durham area. This amount is subject to increase if the event is greater than 1 hour away from Chapel Hill, NC.
Fees: Starting at $350
Deposit: A $75 deposit will be due at least 7 days prior to the session to secure your booking. This $75 will go towards the total amount owed. The remaining amount will be due directly following the session and I will send invoices for each via email.
What is included in the total fee?
An introductory consultation by phone, text, or email
Private online gallery to choose the 10 images you would like me to touch-up. The online gallery will consist of 25+ of the best images taken during the shoot. Additional images available for purchase.
$50 more for 1 additional image
$75 more for 3 additional images
$200 more for ALL images in your gallery
** If this photoshoot is for an entire team, I will be sure all players in attendance in some form (and as many of the team together/in groups as possible). Notify me in advance if this is for the entire team or if the shoot is focused on a specific player, and I will tailor my shots accordingly).
Images are delivered in digital format, via your gallery — I will send the link to your gallery directly to you.
10 Digital Images professionally edited and prepared for digital download or printing. —Professional retouching of the selected images will occur after you’ve chosen your top 10. Please note: Ordering prints incurs an additional fee and can be done directly through the gallery. The base fee includes the event photography session, professional editing services for 10 chosen photos, and digital downloading capabilities for those 10 portraits.
As mentioned above, ALL photos from your gallery (outside of the 10 you initially chose) are available for purchase straight from your gallery and are not included in the session fee. Many clients choose to purchase more than 10 photos, and I am happy to provide professional editing services to those as well, after being notified of your interest to do so.
